Complete Project Resource, Inc. was co-founded in May of 2005 by E. Louie Loucks and Jay J. Cartwright. Louie, Jay and their management team have over thirty-five years of combined experience in the construction industry, managing over 50 projects with construction costs in excess of $100 million. Their team has experience building, managing, and overseeing complex construction projects in the high-end residential and custom commercial markets. Their leadership is focused on redefining the client representative industry and protecting the interests of their clients.

CPR has developed a project infrastructure working to serve as the information hub for construction projects. As the single point of contact on a project, for the owner, builder, or architect, CPR uses a systematic and practical management approach streamlining the development process and enhancing the specialized capabilities of the project team. CPR collects and documents project information, making it accessible at all times from all places via its secure online client center. CPR also monitors all project activities on behalf of the owner, setting achievable and realistic expectations which hold stakeholders responsible for their actions.
