Nancy Palmer
A licensed Montana Realtor since October 2004, Nancy brings 40 years of international corporate experience to Pure West Christie’s Great Estates’ team. She held senior management positions in London in executive recruiting and human resources and also worked in the Corporate Finance department of a major British merchant bank. As Founder-President of Palmer & Associates in Geneva, Nancy advised institutional investors on their choice of US managed and venture capital funds. In Paris, Nancy was a founding partner of Leonardo Ventures, a network of senior European executives advising and financing young entrepreneurs and consulting to senior management of multi-national companies on cross-culture communications, media coaching and English language skills.
She was also Director of European Business Development for one of New York’s leading strategic financial public relations firms based in Paris prior to returning to the US. Nancy dedicated much of her time to mentoring young Europeans, fund- raising for the arts in London and Paris and serving on ad hoc advisory committees for British, French and American relations. She is bi-lingual in French and speaks several other European languages.
With her exceptional marketing and communications skills, Nancy will specialize in the luxury residential, ranch and recreational sectors for a discerning US and international clientele. She will also be available to advise US clients on the choice of realtor for buying and renting in Europe.
A native New Yorker who has spent most summers in Montana, Nancy is an avid horsewoman, the proud owner of the late champion Thoroughbred mare, Gorgeous M I and her full sister, Country Oldee. She enjoys thoroughbred racing, polo, fly fishing, cross-country skiing, travel and photography. Nancy joined the Board of Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter in February 2008 and served as Board President from May until August 2010.
